This page describes the collection and use of your personal data gathered from your visits of this website. Your data is protected according to German law.
Every access to this website, that is every retrieval of a page or file, is logged. Stored are: name of the page/file, date and time of access, size of transferred data, indication of successful retrieval and kind of webbrowser. This data is used for system maintenance (e. g. trouble shooting) and the generation of cumulative statistics, i. e. data which lacks information about individual accesses.
Additional personal data is only stored if you enter it yourself, for example during an inquiry. The retrieved form data is sent to me as an e-mail and is not stored on the webserver.
Personal data you enter is only used to answer your inquiries, to fulfill contracts between you and me, and for technical administration.
Your personal data is only transmitted to third parties if this is necessary to fulfill a contract or if you have agreed to such a transmission. You may withdraw an earlier approval in order to prevent future transmission.
I delete your data if you revoke your consent of its storage, if the data is no longer necessary to serve the purpose which was intended by the storage, or if the storage is no longer permitted due to legal reasons. On the other hand, consider that legal reasons may require storing certain data for a specific amount of time.
Upon written request, for example by e-mail, I will inform you about your stored personal data.
Different technical or administrative means are intended to keep unauthorized parties from accessing your data. Communication by e-mail cannot be protected completely from being read during the transfer. Therefore, please send confidential messages by conventional mail.
